Job Description

The Data Center Controls Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), ensuring operational uptime and reliability in Google's data centers while innovating in the controls space.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in industrial controls and SCADA related systems within a critical environment.
5 years of experience with the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS).
5 years of experience in controls or electrical project coordination.
5 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting on operational control systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for complex issues related to BMS and EPMS.
Develop the scope of work, schedule, budget, and level of effort for BMS and EPMS improvement projects.
Provide technical support for in-service data centers and collaborate with stakeholders.
Review and modify controls logic programming and manage engineering documentation.
