Requirements
Bachelor's or Advanced degree in business or engineering (or equivalent) preferred
3+ years experience in the field of IT, consulting and/or business intelligence
Healthcare and claims data expertise preferred
Technical proficiency, including knowledge of implementation and project management
Experience of working with large databases, data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, Tableau, R, R-shiny, SQL, Databricks
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work well with teams across continents/time zones
Sound problem-solving skills with ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply

Deliver top-notch analytic services to clients using the SHaPE Tech team and Nebula platform
Manage data aligned with the proprietary big data and analytic platform
Become fluent with the upstream data model and downstream visualization tools
Tech-enable client service teams with secure and efficient data services
Drive improvements through automation and optimization of processes
Support healthcare engagement using Protected Healthcare Data
Accountable for client engagements and solutions delivery
