Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (preferably in mining engineering)
3+ years of relevant experience in the mining industry, with a preference for underground or open-pit mining operations
Proven experience in data analysis with a keen interest in developing innovative approaches to mining data
Demonstrated history of outstanding performance and professional growth
Strong understanding of business and industry trends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, additional fluency in Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of research and analytics tasks within the mining industry
Work on client projects within mining operations
Collaborate with the global Metals and Mining practice network
Analyze labor, cost, and equipment-productivity data
Benchmark data against a global set of peers
Deliver insights into performance-improvement opportunities
