Requirements
Undergraduate degree in metals, engineering, metallurgy or related field
1+ years of work experience in the metal industry focused on production, process engineering, continuous improvement, technical consulting or maintenance
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in business software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced analytical packages
Experience in a rapidly growing business with an entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy
Significant understanding of the industry dynamics of the metal sector
Passion for analytics and interest in developing new approaches to metal data analysis
Willingness to work in a result-oriented team environment with regular travel
Ability to present complex value propositions to client executives
Prior experience of anchoring client engagements independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work in English
