Job Description

Arcadis is seeking a process engineer with knowledge of GMP practices to work in Worcester, MA. The role involves managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing change plans while utilizing various engineering systems and equipment.

Requirements

BS (MS preferred) in Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering
1-3 years of process engineering experience with knowledge of GMP Practices
Ability to work in a cross-functional team
Ability to meet requirements in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Leadership skills, with a view to managing people
Results and customer-oriented, strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly apply new concepts and technical information
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required

Responsibilities

Experience with cGMPs, change control, validation
Experience with one or more of the following equipment: bioreactor, centrifuge, chromatography skids, UF/DF skids (single-use and/or multi-use)
Knowledge of control system is a plus (I/A DCS, A/B PLC and/or Unicorn)
Knowledge of Maximo, Trackwise, SAP systems, writing SOPs and engineering documents (FMEA, URS, etc.)
Understanding P&ID
Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional team for execution
Initiate and execute Change Plans on SolTraqs Trackwise
General knowledge of upstream and downstream processes
Familiar with Maximo
