Job Description

Netflix is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer for the Monetization Experiences Team, focusing on driving revenue growth and enhancing user experiences. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that integrate across platforms, while ensuring high-quality user experiences and system performance.

Requirements

  • Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript/React and Java/Springboot
  • Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot complex systems with microservice architecture
  • Experience in designing and implementing APIs and microservices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Solid understanding of cloud services and architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, server-driven UI techniques, and RESTful APIs
  • Bonus if you have experience in Monetization or the media & entertainment industry

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, build, and ship innovative solutions
  • Lead technical projects from ideation through launch, setting technical direction
  • Focus on product, business, and partner needs for high-quality experiences
  • Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and reliable
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
