Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field
6 years of experience working in a hardware sensing technical environment
3 years of experience in technical leadership
Master's degree or PhD in a related field is preferred
Understanding of optical sensors, lasers, MEMS, temperature, RF, or chemical sensors is preferred
Ability to travel internationally is preferred
Excellent statistical analysis skills are preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and validate physiological hardware sensing systems for wearable products
Ensure sensors meet specifications from prototype to mass production
Optimize hardware architecture for low-noise, high-resolution signal collection
Implement bench-top setup in lab and on-body testing for sensor evaluation
Support validation and compliance efforts with regulatory, research, and clinical teams
