NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional AI researcher to join their learning and perception research team, focusing on areas such as perception, agentic reasoning, and multi-modal learning. The role involves conducting impactful research, collaborating with teams, and mentoring interns, with opportunities to publish and present findings.

Requirements

Graduating with a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc., or have equivalent research experience.
Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of computer vision, LLMs, and agents.
Excellent programming skills in some rapid prototyping environment such as Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is a plus.
Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch.
Outstanding research track record.
Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

Research, design and implement novel embodied and agentic AI methods.
Publish original research.
Collaborate with other team members and teams on mission-driven research.
Mentor interns.
Speak at conferences and events.
Work with product groups to transfer technology.
Collaborate with external researchers.
