Job Description

The Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer role at Google involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated workflows that enhance user support experiences. The position requires a strong background in engineering, databases, and application development, with a focus on integrating AI solutions to improve customer care.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL.
3 years of experience in application or system development.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, TypeScript) (preferred).
Experience in architecting and implementing scalable, agentic AI solutions (preferred).
Experience with cloud technologies (preferred).
Experience using machine learning and building solutions (preferred).
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to transform static workflow designs into dynamic, interactive workflows.
Provide guidance on the technical and architectural aspects of workflows to different stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality output to customers while keeping business stakeholders informed of statuses, risks, and challenges.
Contribute and improve best practices around authoring workflows to increase efficiency and reusability.
Develop a deep comprehension of gTech's internal tools portfolio and advocate for bug fixes and platform enhancements.
