Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
5 years of experience with Android application development.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred).
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms (preferred).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role (preferred).
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization (preferred).
Experience implementing and maintaining shared codebases or multi-client modules (preferred).
Experience with client-side architecture, tooling, and systems that enhance developer velocity and application performance (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead technical investments in client infrastructure to maximize Android developer efficiency.
Define and uphold engineering standards for Android and cross-client development.
Integrate new Android ecosystem tools and mobile frameworks for efficient application creation.
Foster an environment of continuous learning and technical growth.
