The AIML Quality Program team at Apple is looking for a QA Engineer to ensure products like Siri meet customer expectations. The role involves hands-on testing of various Apple operating systems and requires a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to advocate for product improvements.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in manual Software Quality Assurance
Demonstrated excellence in hands-on, creative manual testing
Enthusiasm for customer-focused design and high-quality technology
Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail
Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results
Passion for debugging difficult problems and driving results with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

Conduct hands-on adversarial testing of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications
Design and implement test plans and test cases
Perform risk analysis and customer impact analysis
Coordinate cross-functional testing and integration testing across the system
