Job Description

As a Software Triage Engineer on the Siri Attention and Invocation team, you will investigate and triage critical software issues affecting Siri's conversational interactions. This role combines technical detective work with systematic problem-solving, requiring strong analytical skills to analyze system logs and identify root causes of failures.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in software issue investigation, bug triage, or quality assurance roles
Knowledge of iOS/macOS development environments and Apple device ecosystem
Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with debugging and log analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Document findings and identify recurring quality issues through trend analysis
