Job Description

Arcadis is seeking an entry-level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to support environmental remediation and industrial water/wastewater treatment projects. The role involves programming PLCs and SCADA systems, providing technical support, and collaborating with a team of professionals to improve quality of life through sustainable solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with PLC and SCADA programming
Hands-on experience in environmental monitoring and remediation
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Programming of various platforms of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Programming of various platforms of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software
Technical and troubleshooting support of instrumentation and controls systems
Support in the preparation of detailed engineering design drawings and calculations
Support in the specification and procurement of instrumentation and controls components
