Job Description

The role involves providing customer service by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex capital equipment at customer sites. The position requires coordination with customers to minimize downtime and ensure operational quality, while also assisting Installation Engineers and preparing service reports.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree or work experience of 0 years
  • Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site.
  • Repairs and updates equipment at customer facility.
  • Prepares field service reports on customer support activity.
  • Assists in the preparation of quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses incurred and parts needed.
  • Provides guidance and technical assistance to Installation Engineer on installations at customer sites.
