Job Description

The role involves customer service activities related to troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex capital equipment at customer sites. The position requires proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and operational quality of system equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complicated electronics and electro-optical systems
  • Experience using DVMs, O'scopes, and advanced electronic test equipment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex capital equipment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain operational quality of system equipment
  • Provide assistance to Technical Support Engineers in resolving problems
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively
