Job Description

Netflix is seeking upcoming new graduates pursuing a technical degree, such as Computer Science or Engineering, to join their team. The role involves solving complex problems and building scalable systems in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work on software that impacts millions of users.

Requirements

  • Upcoming New Grad pursuing a BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Statistics — with an expected graduation date around Spring/Summer 2026
  • At least one relevant internship or school project experience
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Curious and motivated learner
  • Clear communicator - concise and articulate in speech and writing and practice active listening
  • Coursework or relative experience with data structures, algorithms, and debugging
  • Fluent in any one of the following programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust

Responsibilities

  • Building applications that solve complex business problems elegantly
  • Designing scalable architecture and distributed systems
  • Writing high-quality, performant, and industry-standard code
  • Working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Building UIs that are intuitive, engaging, and surface business insights for our partners
