Job Description

The Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking an Advanced Cloud Engineer II to enhance customer support experiences on Azure. This role involves driving resolution of complex technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and acting as the voice of the customer to improve Azure services.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field AND 2+ years’ experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission-critical applications and infrastructure resolving complex issues.
1+ years of experience with being on-call and driving mitigation for mission critical incidents.
Ability and willingness to acquire and maintain a US Government Clearance.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with expertise in one or more Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Track customer incidents and engage with strategic customers to understand issues.
Contribute to troubleshooting through diagnostics and communicate progress to customers.
Serve as a connecting point between the product team and customers throughout the engagement life cycle.
Handle critical escalations on customer issues and conduct impact analysis.
Act as the voice of customers and channel product feedback to product groups.
