In this engineering co-op role, you will support the Value Package Introduction (VPI) program by investigating design issues, applying engineering processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to design decision-making and problem resolution for complex components while developing your technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to investigating VPI program team or field-based issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support the execution of processes such as Critical Design Decisions and Design Review.
- Assist in obtaining input from cross-functional technical experts to communicate design intent.
- Support design decision-making in concept selection and optimization.
- Engage in problem resolution for moderately complex components and systems.
- Contribute effectively toward team goals and develop proficiency in critical competency areas.
