Responsibilities

  • Investigates product test system and process problems and recommends appropriate actions.
  • Applies and supports product problem solving processes to enable high-quality repair events.
  • Supports preparing the service channel for efficient service events.
  • Collaborates with technical experts in failure analysis to implement product resolutions.
  • May support large-scale development or issue resolution projects.
  • Engages with the improvement of systems and processes.
