Requirements
- Strong understanding of image processing, signal analysis, and system optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of innovation.
- Effective communicator able to share technical information with functional groups and provide executive-level reports to management and customers.
- Experience with control systems, hardware/software integration, and algorithm development.
- Experience defining work plans, DOEs, and test strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive image quality improvements through data acquisition optimization, hardware refinement, and advanced calibration strategies.
- Investigate and propose innovative concepts for next-generation imaging and inspection capabilities.
- Lead system-level qualification and integration for advanced SEM platforms.
- Conduct root cause analysis and guide corrective actions for imaging performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in optics, electronics, and software to achieve tool performance goals.
