StubHub is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams focused on Cloud & Infrastructure Security and Security Operations. This role involves designing secure infrastructure, enhancing cloud and network environments, and developing detection and response capabilities, all while driving business outcomes through effective team management and technical leadership.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing security engineering or security operations teams
7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud and infrastructure security and software engineering
Deep expertise in securing complex cloud environments

Responsibilities

Lead and grow two high-performing security engineering teams
Ensure the design and delivery of secure-by-default infrastructure
Lead the implementation of continuous attack surface monitoring
Own security domain roadmaps leveraging technical expertise
Govern the building and operation of critical security services
Drive deployment of advanced detection & response capabilities
Establish and track security and reliability metrics
Partner cross-functionally with various teams to embed security
Lead incident readiness and response programs
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers
