The Director of Engineering & Maintenance at Elanco oversees engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective services and compliance with regulations. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Commissioning and Qualification processes.

Responsibilities

Champion a safety-first culture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Oversee engineering staff, including coaching and performance reviews.
Monitor financial performance against targets and track key performance indicators.
Ensure adherence to regulations and manage reliability programs.
Oversee the Integrated Facilities Maintenance provider and manage projects.
