Job Description

Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support its Private Wealth Business Development team. The role involves generating actionable business insights, creating measurement frameworks, and collaborating with various teams to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, or other related business experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and proficiency across Tableau and Salesforce
  • Strong record of academic achievement and/or professional accomplishment
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and driven; works effectively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Entrepreneurial, operates well independently

Responsibilities

  • Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives
  • Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs
  • Assist in global strategic planning and business management routines
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts
  • Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control
  • Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective, and accurate reporting
  • Consolidate, organize, and manage information from numerous internal and external sources
  • Collaborate with technology, data, and platform teams to monitor performance of data feeds and coordinate resolution as needed
  • Act as a sales consultant across global sales channels, drawing actionable conclusions from complex data sets and presenting them concisely
