Job Description

Morgan Stanley is looking for a Business Analyst or Associate in the Investment Banking Division to manage and drive the adoption of technology tools. The ideal candidate should have a background in financial services, strong project management skills, and a passion for AI and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics, Computer Science/Engineering, or similar field.
1+ years of work experience in financial services, consulting, technology, or investment banking experience preferred.
Knowledge of investment banking workflows such as capital markets and M&A highly desirable.
Experience with prompt engineering, software development, software product/project management a plus.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
Autonomous, self-motivated, with a high level of initiative.
Comfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

Support Product Leads with product life cycle management.
Gain a deep understanding of business stakeholder requirements and collaborate with Product Leads and IT teams.
Facilitate meetings by developing and distributing agendas, following up with meeting notes.
Create, validate, deploy, and market advanced AI prompts/agents to bankers.
Work closely with various teams to gather feedback and ensure timely communication.
Stay up to date with latest technological advancements to improve existing systems.
Monitor quality and proactively request feedback for continuous improvement.
