Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics, financial crime, or risk management.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing fraud detection models.
  • In-depth understanding of transaction exhaust methods.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine fraud detection controls and analytical frameworks.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction channels for suspicious activity.
  • Leverage data-driven insights by integrating internal and external data.
  • Utilize SQL and advanced analytics to extract and analyze large datasets.
  • Apply predictive modeling and statistical methodologies.
  • Design and validate rules within the fraud rules engine.
  • Continuously adjust controls based on observed trends.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline manual processes.
  • Deliver business insights through dashboards and visualization tools.
  • Communicate key trends and actionable recommendations to management.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on suspicious activities.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for fraud detection.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance fraud detection tools.
  • Coordinate with Fraud Operations to align rule strategies.
