Job Description
Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented intern to assist with the development and testing of hardware products. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a mechanical engineering program and will work on project tasks alongside other interns and engineers, utilizing engineering tools and processes.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
- Currently working towards a Bachelor’s, Master's or Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Solid understanding of principles, theories and concepts in mechanical engineering
Responsibilities
- Completing project tasks with a team of other interns and Amazon Robotics engineers
- Utilizing Amazon Robotics engineering tools and processes
- Prototyping and testing concepts or features
- Tracking progress of task deliverables
- Developing and maintaining design documentation
- Presenting information to managers and engineers
