Job Description

The Senior Analyst - Spend Analytics & AI Solutions role involves analyzing spend data and leveraging AI technologies to enhance procurement efficiency. The position requires expertise in data visualization, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience in spend, procurement, or financial analytics, with exposure to AI/ML.
Strong SQL expertise and ERP data extraction (Oracle, SAP, Coupa).
Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for dashboarding.
Experience in ETL operations, data cleansing, and integration.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets automation.
Strong understanding of spend categorization, cost-saving analysis, supplier performance, and compliance.
Proficiency in Python for analytics, ML, and API integration.
Experience with prompt engineering and system design for LLMs.
Familiarity with AI model evaluation and exposure to AI agent development and cloud AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Extract and analyze spend data from Oracle and ERP systems to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
Establish data quality standards, monitor data traceability, and implement governance practices for core procurement datasets.
Build and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time, decision-ready insights.
Run ETL processes and automation to ensure accurate, efficient data workflows.
Apply advanced analytics (categorization, forecasting, Savings Opportunities, Price benchmarking).
Design prompts, test LLM models, and deploy AI agents/chatbots to support Sourcing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into business strategies.
Document processes, create training guides, and share best practices.
Continuously explore new tools and technologies (AI, cloud platforms, automation).
