Job Description

Amazon is seeking an engineering leader to enhance its global Delivery Station network through innovative process and design solutions. The role focuses on transforming delivery infrastructure from manual to automated operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • 3+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational inefficiencies and build mechanisms to drive effective process and design change strategies
  • Support development of Master Operating Plans (MOPs), standard work and metrics
  • Reverse Engineer current processes and designs, provide change management solutions to partner engineering teams
  • Lead and coordinate design and process innovation efforts with the functional leaders to develop optimal solutions for the fulfillment and transportation network
  • Drive strong cross functional alignment to drive standardization, integration across network and establish a robust prioritization framework across all engineering teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Construction, and Transportation
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners
  • Provide technical leadership for medium-scale engineering projects
  • Effectively communicate the vision, detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions to make a compelling business case with senior managers
