Job Description

As a Data Operations Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data architecture and pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with solution architects and lead the implementation of tools to enhance operations while ensuring compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience with Data Operations and Engineering best practices.
  • Experience in building and optimizing Data Engineering pipeline, architectures and data sets.
  • Extensive working experience with backend programming languages like SQL & Python.
  • Proficiency working with data systems such as Snowflake & Databricks is desired.
  • Familiarity with both relational & non-relational database systems.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, JFrog, SonarQube.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge to use visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI.
  • Demonstrate understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines.
  • Partner with solution architects to transform raw data into compelling data models.
  • Build processes supporting data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and qualitative analysis.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of tools and processes to improve operations.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Expand and optimize data and data pipeline architecture for optimal data delivery.
