Job Description

The Cloud Products and Platform team at Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects. This role involves collaborating with engineering and business teams to drive initiatives, manage risks, and ensure effective communication across the organization.

Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in CS/CE/EE or equivalent
5+ years of experience in product/program/project management
Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
Sound technical foundation and self-starter
Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies
Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple Engineering leads and Business teams to drive cross-functional programs
Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization
Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including program status updates
Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics
Proactively identify issues and solutions, and mobilize necessary resources
