Job Description

The Operations Engineering Program Manager at Apple is responsible for managing both the business and technical aspects of product readiness, ultimately overseeing the launch of hardware products. Requirements

  • B.S. degree in related field plus 7 years of related experience, or advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Work experience as a project/program manager in New Products Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Product Operations or Service Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills required (cost benefit, return on investment analysis).
  • Strong Excel skills, skilled in analyzing data, generating insights, and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent product or project management qualifications.
  • Proven experience leading supply chain business projects.
  • Design/process mapping capability.
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them to executable project plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
