Job Description

The Operations Engineering Program Manager at Apple is responsible for managing both the business and technical aspects of product readiness, ultimately overseeing the launch of hardware products. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, focusing on refurb product readiness and strategic supply chain programs across various geographies.

Requirements

B.S. degree in related field plus 7 years of related experience, or advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience.
Work experience as a project/program manager in New Products Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Product Operations or Service Operations.
Strong analytical skills required (cost benefit, return on investment analysis).
Strong Excel skills, skilled in analyzing data, generating insights, and driving data-informed decisions.
Excellent product or project management qualifications.
Proven experience leading supply chain business projects.
Design/process mapping capability.
Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them to executable project plans.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
