Job Description

As a Full-Stack Engineer in Marcom's technology team, you will enhance internal tools by addressing performance and system issues. This role involves both front-end and back-end development using Ruby on Rails, and requires collaboration with various internal and external partners.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with Ruby on Rails framework and Ruby as a core language (4 years minimum)
Knowledge of basic frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Stimulus JS, etc.)
Experience working on projects interacting with users or a development team

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations
Create and modify documentation for web applications and their integrations
Collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources, and external vendors
