Job Description

Apple is seeking a talented software engineer for the Core Networking team to develop next-generation networking technologies across its product range. The role requires a strong understanding of TCP/IP and system-level software design, with responsibilities including architecture and enhancement of networking components.

Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent networking software development experience
Experience architecting, designing, and implementing scalable and highly-performant system software
Strong software development skills in one or more general purpose programming languages: C, Objective C or Swift

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the architecture and development of networking technologies
Design and enhance operating system networking components
Determine tradeoffs between performance, efficiency, scalability, and security
