Requirements

College degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
Ability to interpret engineering and product design drawings.
Commitment to safety and ergonomics in workstation design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects.
Apply advanced manufacturing principles to improve equipment performance.
Utilize tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen for continuous improvement.
Develop and enforce manufacturing standards aligned with global practices.
Communicate effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
Mentor others on best practices in manufacturing.
