Job Description

This role involves leading and coordinating engineering functional technology needs, including operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting instrumentation and data acquisition systems. The position requires effective communication with diverse customers and the ability to manage projects and schedules while providing technical support and training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification OR Associate's degree from an accredited program in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Must pass all related testing.
  • Inventory software experience preferred.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, updates and administers department databases, wikis, websites, systems, security status and technical libraries.
  • Operates, calibrates, installs, programs, repairs, designs, and fabricates instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
  • Schedules and prioritizes projects to produce optimal results.
  • Provides engineering support and administration expertise for databases, technologies, web sites and technical libraries.
  • Manages schedules and organizes tests and issues; facilitates the prioritization process for testing.
  • Performs data analysis and documents in Technical Reports; presents test findings.
