Job Description

As a Recruiting Intern based in Boston, you will support the Talent Attraction team throughout the full-recruiting life cycle. Your role includes administrative tasks, data management, candidate support, and collaboration with team members to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic business knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
  • Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • High level of maturity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working hours are essential to this role
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support various administrative tasks and projects
  • Manage data using the Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide candidate support
  • Coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics
  • Assist with resume screening
  • Collaborate with TA team members and CSPs
  • Participate in relevant training sessions
  • Contribute to select team projects
