Job Description
As a Recruiting Intern based in Boston, you will support the Talent Attraction team throughout the full-recruiting life cycle. Your role includes administrative tasks, data management, candidate support, and collaboration with team members to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic business knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
- Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working hours are essential to this role
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Support various administrative tasks and projects
- Manage data using the Applicant Tracking System
- Provide candidate support
- Coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics
- Assist with resume screening
- Collaborate with TA team members and CSPs
- Participate in relevant training sessions
- Contribute to select team projects
