Job Description

The Head of Customer Engineering at Google Cloud will lead customer engineering teams to facilitate cloud transformation for clients. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching a quota-carrying team.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Customer Engineering Managers to deliver successful cloud transformation outcomes.
Foster strong partnerships with key customers and provide thought leadership related to cloud and industry trends.
Partner with Google Cloud business leadership to define the technical go-to-market strategy.
Balance technical leadership with operational excellence and lead workload review meetings.
Work cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks affecting customer satisfaction.
