This role involves supporting the Manufacturing team by assisting with equipment setup and collaborating with various departments. The successful candidate will engage in tasks related to industrial engineering, focusing on communication, safety, and process optimization.
Requirements
Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities
Assist with equipment/fixture/tool setup & debug.
Work cross functionally with Maintenance, Safety, Operations, Materials, and Quality groups to support manufacturing projects.
Deliver clear, audience specific communication that improves understanding, alignment, and decision-making across teams.
Model proactive safety behaviors, identify hazards, and support initiatives that strengthen an injury-free, interdependent safety culture.
Learn Value stream mapping and process flow charts.
Analyze work activities to redistribute tasks, improve operating time, and ensure processes adapt efficiently to changing customer demands.
Conduct cycle time studies to update the machine routings for 2026.
