Job Description

Arcadis is seeking a Wastewater Design Principal Engineer to join their Resilience Water team. The role involves executing water and wastewater treatment design and construction engineering activities, managing design teams, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting offices in Paramus, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
10 years of related industry experience in the water/wastewater field.
PE License in New Jersey and/or in other nearby states (or ability to obtain NJ PE within 6 months).

Responsibilities

Lead and/or participate in client development activities, assessing potentials, assisting with position and capture strategies.
Manage design teams and mentor junior engineers.
Develop project scopes and fee estimates, managing risk and identifying project staff.
Create construction documents, specifications, and oversee construction administration.
Work directly with clients to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions.
