Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Coordinator, Engineering Fleet to manage the lifecycle of their Engineering fleet vehicles. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in dispatching or vehicle coordination experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on level of importance and urgency
  • Strong understanding of written and spoken English
  • Minimum age of 21
  • No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License (within a 3-5 year period)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-boarding/registration, shipment, charging, preparation, service/repair/maintenance, annual inspection, and retirement/disposal of vehicles throughout the lifecycle of the North American Engineering Fleet
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle activities, ownership stakes, location information, and other items of importance within the Engineering Fleet
  • Coordinate vehicle moves with internal and 3rd party logistics providers
  • Manage daily and weekly schedules of Rivian’s internal vehicles
  • Perform utilization audits to ensure fleet size is in line with company needs
  • Lead periodic physical inventory audits to maintain fleet compliance
  • Act as escalated point of contact for needed support
  • Manage insurance, claims, and ticketing administration
