The Software Engineer - Margin Analyst role involves collaborating with a global team to develop secure and scalable services for wealth management. The position requires strong software engineering skills, particularly in microservices architecture and Java backend development, while ensuring quality coding and integration throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

Strong grounding in software engineering concepts and architecture design patterns
Understanding of software development in microservices architecture and Java backend development
Experience with SDLC practices and tooling, including version control, CI/CD, and configuration management
Ability to debug both new and existing software effectively
Experience with metrics and monitoring tooling for system health and availability
Support for software based on sound SRE principles

Responsibilities

Work with a global team to build integrated architectures for secure, scalable services
Partner with colleagues across technology and risk to deliver an outstanding Margin platform
Provide frictionless integration with the firm’s runtime, deployment, and SDLC technologies
Engage in quality assurance and production troubleshooting
