Job Description

As a Wealth Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact to the team's clients for all account and trade servicing related issues
  • Serve as resource to multiple representatives in supporting client relationships for the team
  • Provide overview of client reporting and web capabilities to potential new clients
  • Process and reconcile daily trading activity. Resolve any discrepancies or exceptions in a timely manner
  • Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and ad hoc requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Teams in assisting with Over-the-Counter (OTC) documentation setup, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting PWM clients including operations, performance and compliance, including cross divisional operational groups
  • Plan and manage the new account onboarding process, including documentation and funding supported by account opening and approval teams
  • Serve as a liaison with various internal departments, including Operations, Engineering, Strats, Controllers, Risk, and Compliance, to facilitate issue resolution and process improvement
  • Participate in group projects to improve quality and efficiency within the team
