Job Description

The Customer Support Engineer will support KLA products at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona, requiring approximately six months of training in Taiwan. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex capital equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational quality.

  • BS or 2+ years equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site.
  • Repairs and updates equipment at customer facility.
  • Prepares field service reports on customer support activity.
  • Assists in the preparation of quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses incurred and parts needed.
  • Travels by car or commercial transportation to customer facility.
