Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Sr Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to support product development and deployment of sustainable HVAC technologies. The role involves managing complex technical programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving sustainability initiatives within the Global Engineering Services team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of technical program management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC and mechanical system design, construction, operations, or maintenance
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and air distribution equipment
  • Experience with hands-on testing, troubleshooting and diagnostics of base building mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Develop and own the roadmap for enhancing efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership for sustainable HVAC systems
  • Lead multiple development projects that integrate sustainable HVAC technologies from concept through execution
  • Create, collect and maintain project documentation
  • Collaborate with various suppliers, contractors, and consultants to deliver solutions
  • Establish and track KPIs for monitoring performance of HVAC systems
  • Oversee the delivery of capital projects related to mechanical systems
  • Participate in/lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to resolve technical issues
