Job Description

The role within Corporate Treasury's Resource Deployment and Strategy (RDS) involves managing the firm's balance sheet and executing funding strategies. Candidates will work closely with senior management to optimize funding mixes and manage deposit portfolios while conducting research and analysis on market trends and risks.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detail-oriented analyses
  • Strong risk management mindset and sound judgment
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter
  • Experience managing and interpreting large amounts of data
  • Functional understanding of financial institution liquidity metrics
  • Knowledge of deposits, interest rates, and fixed income markets is a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the firm’s global deposit raising strategy
  • Assist in end-to-end management and growth in deposit sweep portfolio
  • Establish and maintain relationships with deposit raising businesses
  • Conduct research and develop presentations on deposit industry and global interest rate markets
  • Develop frameworks and conduct scenario analysis for liability risk management
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate key deposit risks and trends
  • Engage with external stakeholders including regulatory agencies and funding counterparties
