Job Description

Goldman Sachs is seeking a QA Engineer to join their Wealth Management Core Custody team in Dallas. The role involves designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for various applications, collaborating with developers, and implementing end-to-end automation strategies.

Requirements

6-7 years of automation experience
4-year college degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber
Expertise in REST API automation using tools like Postman or RestAssured
Ability to design and implement parameterized test cases using external data sources
Knowledge of JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools for performance testing
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
Proficient in Git workflows
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based test environments

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data-driven automated test frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications
Implement end-to-end automation strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing
Create and manage test data strategies for complex scenarios
Collaborate with developers and product owners to drive QA agenda and standards
Work on a global team with concentration in Dallas and India
Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for automation scripts
