Job Description

Goldman Sachs is seeking a QA Engineer to join their Wealth Management Core Custody team in Dallas. The role involves designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for various applications, collaborating with developers, and implementing end-to-end automation strategies.

Requirements

  • 6-7 years of automation experience
  • 4-year college degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber
  • Expertise in REST API automation using tools like Postman or RestAssured
  • Ability to design and implement parameterized test cases using external data sources
  • Knowledge of JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools for performance testing
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
  • Proficient in Git workflows
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based test environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data-driven automated test frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications
  • Implement end-to-end automation strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Create and manage test data strategies for complex scenarios
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to drive QA agenda and standards
  • Work on a global team with concentration in Dallas and India
  • Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for automation scripts
