Job Description

This Software Engineering III position at Morgan Stanley focuses on developing and optimizing user interfaces using modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly with frameworks like React or Angular. Requirements

  • Ability to interpret business requirements / technical design documents and design / develop appropriate software solutions
  • Strong Information Taxonomy/Architecture design skills
  • Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
  • Thorough understanding of web technologies and web architectures
  • Professional experience using React, Java, or C#, .NET technology
  • Prompt Engineering experience
  • At least 2 years experience working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Knowledge of internet attack vectors, protection mechanisms, web application vulnerabilities and their solutions
  • Strong proficiency in React, CSS, TypeScript, RESTful APIs and JSON data integration, GitHub or Bitbucket
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices and tools, unit testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack and the Angular CLI
  • AI development and prompt engineering (co-pilot)
  • Working knowledge of some Java/.net skills
  • Ability to follow and drive project plans and task schedules
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with global teams

Responsibilities
