Job Description

This role involves leading and overseeing compliance programs within McKinsey's Ethics and Compliance function. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving the evolution of compliance initiatives across various programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications preferred
  • 7+ years of deep experience in regulatory compliance matters and broad compliance experiences in large, global organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in advising, building and driving broad, regulatory compliance programs
  • Leverages highly credible expertise to provide a clear perspective on multifaceted issues and influence others
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee advisory and compliance with various programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Advise and design sustainable and flexible solutions and processes across programs
  • Drive the compliance agenda including the continuous evolution of the programs based on the firm's risk profile
  • Support the enhancement of tools, standards, and metrics on compliance matters
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group across the firm
