Job Description

EY is seeking a Senior in their Business Consulting practice focused on Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The role involves working with healthcare clients to optimize revenue cycle processes and support business development activities in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and approximately 3+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2+ years of related work experience.
Approximately 2 or more years of healthcare advisory/consulting experience in RCM operations.
Prior experience as a senior (or equivalent) in a consulting firm, healthcare services provider or healthcare provider.
Knowledge and experience working in specific revenue cycle management functional areas including patient access, mid revenue cycle, and patient accounting.
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

Teaming with the Revenue Cycle Management group working with provider healthcare clients to transform RCM operations.
Assessing, redesigning, and optimizing revenue cycle processes, technology, and operating models.
Working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
Supporting business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
