Job Description

EY is seeking a professional to join their Structured Finance group within the Financial Services Organization. The role involves managing client engagement teams, developing client relationships, and leading business development activities in the dynamic securitization marketplace.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
Degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline; MBA or MS preferred.
Excellent prioritization skills and a commitment to meeting client deadlines.
Strong communication skills for report writing, client presentations and client interactions.
Proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Teamwork, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Lead and manage all aspects of large scale client engagements including driving high quality work products.
Develop, maintain and build long-term client relationships and networks.
Generate new business opportunities, staying abreast of current industry and technology trends.
Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
Take an active role in leading operational functions within the structured finance team.
